Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
ran the 3k at bw. i don't really know what to say about it. i'm not disappointed, but it is the slowest i have ever run a 3k, which is really weird. i think i expected my legs to be less of a limiting factor. it probably would have been better if i was more conservative as well. i raced more as if i would have completely healthy. oh well. i was happy to get to run a race.
