Lunch Miles

Trying to be smart with this thing and not have this turn into a lingering injury. I took the entire weekend off just to be safe. Had no pain yesterday so I decided to give it a go today. There was some discomfort there, but it never got bad and I was taking breaks in between every mile just to stretch, etc. Mike gave me some of his Voltaren Ointment so I gave that a try afterward.
