Comments:
A lot on my mind today... Needed this run. Plugged in the music and did the first two faster than tempo. After the first two, kept the pace somewhat quick and focused on speed up the hills. Most of the songs were pretty fast (~180 bpm) so I was just trying to keep up and move my feet fast. Turned out to be an awesome run, felt good, beautiful weather, and a good way to get my mind off stuff.
