Start of my 5 day, 4 mile each week.
Started off strong. Sleep has been poor however.
Last night: 6 hrs 28 min (ended at 8:30)
heat
negative split the run. started out around 8:30 miles, finished just sub 8.
upper body lifting day (not bad)
stretch then ice
