First time squatting over 200lbs since my injury back in early December! felt great. 5x8 went up, was tough but i got through it without a doubt in my mind that i'd hit all my reps.  misgrooved one that turned into a good morning but that was it. wore my belt for the last set and it was great.
rested and hit up some pause deadlifts. worked up to 225 for 6 reps.  weight went up like butter. wanted to go heavier but decided to stop since i havent deadlifted regularly over that weight yet.  paused the weight an inch or two above the ground and then pull it up. 
Hamstring curls. like 4x12 w/ 80lbs. easy
facepulls. 5x12 27.5 to 32.5lbs. good work on the rear delts
I'm going to modify my routine to make it more powerlifting oriented.  thats gonna gonna involve a lot more squatting, bench and deadlifting.  I'll squat 3x a week, one day is rep day where i do 4-5 sets of 6-8 reps. like today.  second day will be heavy, where I work up to a heavy set of doubles or triples.  thatll be on wednesady.  then friday ill do some pause squats after deadlifting.  Deadlifts ill do my regular shit on fridays. then ill have a day of pause deadlifts like today. then ill probably do RDLs/SLDLs on friday after pause squats.  Bench day one will be my sundays. another will be spoto press probably on wednesdays.  
I know this is a lot more but i do think I can recover from this cuz for instance pause deadlifts will only be 1 main working set. also squats will only be up to 1 heaviest set on the other day and then the pause squat day will be lighter weight.
