Comments:
The weather was pretty good. This was the first speed workout in a while I have felt pretty good. I think there was something like 4-5 minutes of rest in between reps. Today felt good. I was actually surprised that mile time was 5:58. It felt good, but not fast so I thought it would be like 5:45 to 5:50. I was pleased with the 400 time. The 1200 was pretty slow. It felt kinda hard the last lap. The 800, I didn't kill myself, but still decent pace. I could have gone faster.
