More easy miles - slowly things are improving, very slowly. Hopeful for less discomfort tomorrow - I think I gave the heel of my foot frostbite because that sonabitch hurts when I touch it and it's definitely the skin. Oh well. Feeling encouraged and impatient at the same time.
