Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Stoped my watch at a red light and then forgot to turn it back on. I added and extra two minutes to my time. I felt good, legs still feel fatigued from the weekend but I need to get back out there on the road and keep running. It's time to decide what it is I want to do this year!
Worked on really kicking and pushing with my calves and quads. I am going to have to reform this running motion if I want to shave some time off!
