I think this 'injury' has taught me something and that is that I need to concentrate on making my easy runs easier than I have been doing them. Running at about a 7:45/mile pace the last 3 days has been really nice - I never feel out of breath, I don't even feel like I'm working, and yet I'm getting the miles in and it's making the rest of me feel better. Minimal discomfort today - ran 2 sets of 2 miles, 2 on the track and 2 on the treadmill. By the end of the run, the discomfort was nearly non-existent. Getting better.
