Comments:
I felt like complete shit today. I suppose I may have run the pace my watch claimed yesterday, because I felt awful. I was out of breath, my heart rate was huge, and I was just having a tough time. It wasn't until the last 3rd that I even felt like I was seriously running. Not only that, but my shin has been hurting, and someone told me a story about shin fractures the other day, so now I'm freaking out. Ball sack.
