Comments:
Jogged over to Towle with Megan. Workout was 1 mile run at 90%, full recovery, 1 mile run @ 90%, cooldown. Splits were 5:54, 5:52. I was pretty disappointed with myself but I guess it's not too terrible after rucking yesterday. I was hoping to be closer to 5:30 for each mile.
Jogged back to the company and did:

1x Rope Climb using J-hook

Board Thrusters
Pull-ups
1x Rope Climb just using arms
