Comments:
Ran at the gym. Ran 2 miles up and then did a 25:00 fartlek of 3:00 on/2:00 off x 5. Started at 6:00 pace and worked down to about 5:40. Felt ok. Could have done more but lower legs kind of tight. About 1.2 down for a cool down.
