Speed Work On Bellaire Track

Comments:
The weather was perfect. I felt ok during the warm up. I didn't know if I would feel good at the end of the warm up, but I actually felt great. The workout was run 200 meters, jog 100, 200 meters, jog 100, 200 meters. Then walk 200 meters slowly. We did 4 of those sets. I jogged super slowly on those 100s from the 2nd set and on. Like anywhere from 10 minute to 11:30 mile pace. It helped me run a lot faster 200s. I felt great on my 3rd set. I really like this workout a lot. It pushed my speed.
