Comments:
You aren't supposed to hurt. I was all ready to run 4-5 miles on the treadmill but then my knee started hurting after 2. I told myself it wasn't too bad and tried to go for at least 30 minutes but then my knee gave out around 25 so I stopped. I hope its the treadmill thats making it hurt but I'm not sure.
