Weather: cool, low 60s.
Comments:
sunny, windy, cool. ran with katie :) felt pretty good but was outta breath by the half way point. took it out fast and i felt kinda light headed by the end, but i ate and hydrated so it's weird. also, my lower right shin was getting sore by the end. my hips also got sore at the end. ew. overall, decent run since i haven't ran for a week.
no splits.
extra: lunge, crunches, planks.
