Comments:
Lyle sprinted to catch me on New Street on the way out during my run today. I felt a bit heavy, but I was definitely running at a nice clip. Did five strides in the middle of it, ramping it up to 25 seconds per stride in the light of the coming outdoor season. R pace workout tomorrow.
