After the trainer heated, stretched, massaged (OUCH) my calves, it kinda felt better. It was throbbing. I went upstairs to bike. I biked for half an hour. The bike was on level 7. I wanted to push the pace on the bike, for the most part I was 17.4 mph, but at some points I was at 20.9
