Toss-up between a treadmill workout or a second KB workout. Should have gone with treadmill. This one had me on the floor wondering when I was gonna puke!

4 Rounds. :40 each exercise with :20 rest between each exercise. All weighted exercises @ 24kg:

Pushups
Clean & Jerk Left
Clean & Jerk Right
Pull-Ups
H2H Swing
Goblet Squat

Had this one for a while but have been scared to try it. My fears were well founded...
