Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Cooler/comfortable temperature and sunny

Comments:
Ran an animal farm loop from my house at 7pm. Was about a 60 minute run. I had been in Newport, RI all day and I went for my run when I got back home. Felt alright...just had a headache before I left but the run made it feel better. The temperature was nice and cool compared to what it has been because a storm had come through earlier. :)
