That time of the month for feeling sluggish, but grinded out a decent workout and much improved since Tuesday. Did 8 x 800 with :45 jogs in 3:00, 2:53, 2:54, 2:54, 2:57, 2:59, 3:03, 3:00. Much room for improvement, but not bad for July!
