Spartan Challenge

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Smoke session to start off with jumping jacks, buddy squats, lunges, burpees, pushups, sprints, situps, flutter kicks, and planks.

Went on a 4 mile ruck with a litter and some other random heavy equipment. Had to stop at 8 check points and get quizzed on T-11 Nomenclature. Finished the last 1.75ish miles at individual pace so I ran the whole thing. Ruck was about 35#. It was 20 degrees to start (horrible) but felt good at the end. I had to go against a 220lb Russian in combatives afterwards... in front of the entire battalion... didn't go so well.
