Deadlift: 5x135, 5x225, 3x315, 1x385. Couldn't get past that sticking point but I'm just glad my max didn't go down!

@ 95#: 10x mil press, 10x bent row x4. Last set I had to push press the last 2 presses!
@95#: 10x one leg deadlift (L/R); 10x Snatch grip deadlift @ 115#; 10x one leg deadlift (L/R) @ 95#.
2x10 Split Squat (L/R) @ 95#, 1x10 @ 115#
10:00 on the stairclimber. 70 flights.
