I ran the warm up loop pretty dang slow, I wasnt even breathing hard..but I didnt want to hurt my shins, and I knew we had stadiums coming sooo i went slow.
then we did...stadiums, 4 x 5 minutes then a lap between each then the cool down on the field with the sprinklers!
my shins didnt hurt when we did stadiums!
but they kinda did when i took off the tape, guess i taped em good:]
ill probably just use a wrap next time though, easer..and im almost out of tape^.^
All in all, I feel AMAZAZING right now:]
it was challenging, and though i wasnt the fastest..I was pushing myself:]
I got these weird pains in my feet though0.0
