200/200 Intervals

Comments:
Ran on the track indoors with Woody. Pretty long warm-up with some strides thrown in towards the end of the warm-up. Then 200/200 intervals on the track...basically 200m fast (38-40secs) followed by 200m slower (~60 secs). I held on to him for the first 8 iterations, then lost touch after that, slowing to about 47-48secs for the fast intervals while maintaining the ~60 sec slower intervals. This workout tested me for sure, wanted to give up after 10 but managed to talk myself into finishing out 13. Happy that I fought through the mental stuff - not surprised really that I couldn't hang on to the early pace.
