Cross Train

Exercise Type: Elliptical

Comments:
I wen to meg before I went on the bike and elliptical. She heated my calves, and massaged them out. She found the knot in both, and they were both super tight still. She told me I should try a light run tomorrow! So I'm going to run with Stacey. The elliptical feels weird, I felt my calves but not bad enough to stop. I had it on level 3.
