Squatted 2 plates again. i was debating between 215 and 225 but went with 225 for sets of 10 with belt. felt tough actually, wansnt very energized today. Now i see what johnnie candito meant by how ur strength curve is different with a belt, meaning optimal torso postiion is different. 3x10
