went to the gym on no sleep, a bit of caffeine just so that I wasnt drowsy. honestly the turbo stix shit kinda sucks.

working up to a heavy triple today. did some reps with the bar, 5 at 95, 3 at 135, 2 at 185 then a single and a double at 225, a double at 245 and finally a triple at 275. felt better than 265 last week, used my hamstrings less, good morninged less.

spoto press was tough though. 6x4 at 155. my wrists were aching like hell, since heavy low bar squats are pretty hard on the wrists. i chalked up my back for those squats too. Just purchased the Titan THP Wrist Wraps at like 18 inches. hope theyre good. i was trying to decide between Schiek, GASP, Inzer and Titan. went with titan since I was able to get the proper size for under $25 and paid w/ my contact lense rebate card

60lb incline press like 3x10 or something, drop to 50 for another set
laterals 5x12 w/ 40lbs
