Comments:
Nice run. A bit sore before (no time to ice after workout yesterday...)
after heat and half a mile I was feeling great.
Started around 8 minute miles, picked up the pace throughout the workout.
with a mile to go I was sub 7 minutes and feeling great. For the last mile kept picking it up. Finished last quarter mile at 6 min/mile
Felt real great. Hopefully can start workouts soon!
