Comments:
i felt really weak and pathetic today. during track stadiums were nothing for me. but today my calves felt like they were bunched up the entire time. i was going pretty fast for the first set at the beginning, but i got tired pretty quickly. i would like to do these again so i can work on going faster on these and staying at that pace.
