Comments:
Lots of pushup and crunch variations directed by Bobo, then a lap around the block, then Wisconsin to Calvert to Tunlaw to New Mexico to Nebraska to school. Sam Boardman's core routine without the clams and a boys team meeting with powerful speeches. I woke up feeling a concerning ache around the bottom of the right shin. I worried about it all day, but it didn't bother me on the run at all, nor did my knee, although that still shows up occasionally. We passed the Ukrainian embassy and saw about 100 people protesting against the machinations of Putin.
