Comments:
Todays workout was about a fast pace early, working my first two miles @ 7min pace and then still being able to turn a negative split @ 6:22 pace for the last two miles. Did some chin ups and what not at the dog park but just a few converse doesn't really like when I hang from the bar. I may have to start going to the park by the water without converse!
