Comments:
The trainer said I could try a run, yesterday. I went with Stacey and Erin around the block, the big hill way. It was a bit icy in the beginning. We stopped twice, because I had a cramp from eating a bagel right before, and I felt my calves right before the hill. They were burning but I took it as a good sign because before it was my ankle that would burn and that when completely away. We picked it up after the hill. I felt pretty good regardless, I went in the whirlpool after.

We lifted after too!
