Pull day. didnt lift between classes cuz I wasn't in the right mood/mindset so after classes i took a lil nap and then got myself into the right mind to go lift.

I actually started with deadlifts as a last minute decision, gonna make some more slight shuffling of my routine. so 295lb for 4x6, decided enough was enough after 4 sets. felt good but def tougher than 275. still though, pulling damn near 300lbs pretty easy. put a belt on for set 3 and actually felt really shitty lol. prolly cuz it was too tight.

tbars. 3 plates + 20lbs. 4x8 then a big dropset. good back use

90lb dumbbell rows for like 3x10 or something like that. i gotta figure out why my right side feels shitty compared to the left in terms of MMC and weaker too.

tried some shrugs but that felt like shit and i had a bit of abd pain from squatting yestedday the belt was oa bit too tight.

facepulls today, found that abd level height for puling activates my rear delts much better, ill stick with thtat
