It's been shaping up to be a hard week. Today was a leisure run with Curtis. My legs and have been tired and sore for about a week and now my abs are sore as well. The pace today reflected my fatigue. Coming in probable just under 8minutes per mile. I know what I need to work on and this week I have been doing it. I still need to focus more on abs and core!
