Ogus press to start this time. 3rd pressing day this week. 125lbs for sets of 5, hit 3 sets of 5.  considering i hit 5x5 with 120 last time with fatigue, i thought i was gonna get 5x5 w/ 125 easy. but no, OHP is so fkin tough.  after 3 sets i dropped down to 115lbs for 2x5. acutlly this was so easy that i did 6 reps the last set lol. its crazy how much of a difference small amount of weight on ohp can make.  
6x4 pause squats 190lbs. 3x10 RDL 135
chatted with mark the powerlifter.  he recommended i make my grip on the bench press closer. thats something i suspected i should change. ill play around with that
