Back Squat: 10x135, 8x185, 6x225, 4x245, 1x265; drop set from 215: 9x215, 10x195, 8x175, 12x155, 15x135; 20x135, 20x155
Split squats @ 95# 2x10 (L/R)
Went upstairs and did some kb thrusters and front squats, then farmer carries, finishwd with wall sits 1:00 w/ 16kg, 1:00 slick.
