Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was pretty tired during the run. I planned on 5 miles, but turn a different way to head home. The way there, I was feeling good, but on the way back I was not. After the run I did 2 50 meter sprints. Then I ran 2 timed 100 meter sprints. I got 14.5 both times. Pretty good considering I was wearing trainers and on a street that is kinda curved.
