Comments:
Headed out for the workout with Chippy after watching people kick butt at day 2 of indoor conference! Workout was 2x300 @ +3 with 4 minutes recovery then 3x200 @ race pace with 2 minutes recovery. A bit of wind and some now in lane one made this a bit tricky but it was loads better than not doing it.
