1x600 -goal(slower than race pace)1:51, actual 1:55, 5 min jogging rest
1x400 - goal 72, actual 71, 4 min jog rest
1x300 - goal 54, actual 53, 3 min jog rest
3x200 - goal no faster than 35, actual 35, 34, 32, 2 min jog rest
The 600 was tough but everything else felt good and fast. I was focusing on lifting my legs during the last 100 of each interval. I turned it on in the last 200, but I still don't feel like I have much of a kick.
