6 Mile Run on Bayou

Comments:
I was planning on a 4 mile tempo. I started the tempo a little too fast so I ended up doing 1 mile warm up, 1 mile tempo at 6:35, 2.5 miles easy, then ,5 mile at 6:45 pace, and then a 1 mile cool down. Nothing too hard, but some good effort aerobic running. Felt ok. I wish that effort wasn't as hard as it was though.
