Inclining

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did the Manitou Incline. Made it to the top in about 33 minutes. Wasn't pushing all the way up, just trying to never rest with both feet on the same step. Went down about 200 steps to meet up with Ben then back up. Then we went down to the false summit and back to the top, then the run down the Barr trail. Perfect day.
