Deadlifts: EMOM, 1x325#, 5 pullups. Made it to 8 minutes but the last 2 had to drop it to 315 cuz the bar just had no grip on it.
3 rounds: 5 cleans @135#, 10 double kb press @40#, 8 ab wheel rollouts
3 rounds: 10 one arm shoulder shrug @70#, immediately 8 curls @35# with same arm. Both arms = 1 round
10-11-8 behind the neck seated press on Smith machine (25s/35s/40s)
Finished with a yog on the battlefield.
