1000s workout for the first time. Gonna try to keep track so I can track the improvement while I increase mileage. Gonna hit 70 the first week of April and stay there for the season.
3:20, 3:23, 3:27 (Took a 5 minute break and did 800s) 2:40, 2:41, 2:40.
