Had little sleep, ate 3000 calories yesterday with the ass kicker workout which isn't that much to compensate at all for recovery.  felt like doodoo today in the weight room.
worked up to a 255lb pause deadlift for 6 reps. used a belt to get used to it but honestly it didnt feel great. ill have to read up on this more.
225lb barbell row for 4x8. only got 3x8. felt like crap. everything just felt off, like every rep was misgrooved. but i also didnt warm up since i thought deadlifts were sufficient warm ups lol
did like 3x10 135lb RDLs and some hamstring curls. 
We're human, can't feel like ssuperhuman everyday, espeically when you don't recover properly.
Bodyweight also dropped this morning big time, like 174 or something
