Comments:
I ran with Abby when she got home from work because it was dark and I didn't want her out running by herself.
We ran around campus.
Also I lifted shoulders/abs with Ana before this
3x10 shoulder press (30)
3x10 lat db raise (10) and wings (10)
3x15 decline sit ups (16) and russian twists (20)
other abs
Planks 2:00 front, 1:00 each side
