Comments:
ice kneed and needed to do something so i went out for run around golf course. felt motivated so went two laps. came back and did abs then got diagnosis on knee tendon. said it's tendonitis of my hamstring. can run on it. not supposed to do sprints on it. it should heal quickly, but not as quickly if i run on it.
