Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went to track practice at Carroll today and did a circuit. 10 exercises for 40 seconds each with a 100m jog in between (two sets). It would have been a better workout if we sprinted instead of jogged but oh well. Then we cooled down a mile and when I got home I ran a quick two miles at around 7:15-7:30 pace. It felt fast but so good.
