Fartlek

Comments:
I lifted at the YMCA this morning and went to Carroll's practice in the afternoon. We went to Bergamo and I did my fartlek on the hilly mile loop there. It was kind of rough and I think I slowed down a lot on the middle portion. My last two 30 second intervals were good because Ryan ran them with me.
2x:30 with 1 min rest between
4 min jog
10x:80 with 1 min rest between
4 min jog
2x:30 with 1 min rest between
We did a big 10 too, which was rough. (start with 1 push up, 1 sit up, work your way up to 10, repeat 10, and then back down) I need to work on my push ups. I think it was a good workout overall though.
