Comments:
Went out to the field and did 5 sets of suicide sprints, on every 4th minute: 1st: 25-50-75-100; 2nd: 100-75-50-25, repeat. 5th set: 25-50-75-100 [500 yards total, hit them between 1:44-1:47]
10x 30yard sprint, 70 yard recovery jog

In the gym:
Dips: 10x slick; 3x3x10: 25/35/45
3x 5 weighted pullup (25), immediately 5 slick
4 sets: 12x weighted pushup (35#), immediately 13x slick (last set did 14 weighted to make it 50/50!), 10x (L/R) slashers on the t-bar @25#
3x15 decline press+pullover @ 45# plate
10-8-6 one arm bench @ 50/60/70
Finished with 4 Rounds, 2:00 each exercise: jump rope, row (500+m each set), heavy bag
