Comments:
It was great workout back, I didn't feel any burning ankles. I usually don't on soft or flat surfaces. I was suppose to stay with Stacey but fell off after a mile. My second rep I stayed with her and pushed it the 3&4 lap. It was super nice to be on the track with everyone.
